1. The service

BlocksShirts sells personalized print-on-demand apparel. Each design is generated from a Roblox avatar render belonging to a profile URL that you, the customer, provide. We produce a digital proof, and after purchase we print the design on a t-shirt and ship it to you.

2. Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The prices shown at checkout — shirt price plus the shipping line item — are the total price; there are no additional charges at delivery for US orders.

3. Personalized goods policy

Every shirt is custom-made to your order. Because items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or an incorrectly selected size — please check the size carefully before ordering. That said, our Love-it guarantee stands: if there is any quality issue, misprint, or defect, we will reprint or refund your order, even though it's personalized.

4. Customer content & intellectual property

By submitting a Roblox profile URL, you confirm that you have the right to use that avatar — for example, it belongs to you or to your child. BlocksShirts claims no ownership of Roblox avatars. Roblox avatar renders are the property of Roblox Corporation, and BlocksShirts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

5. Prohibited use

Do not submit avatars or profiles you have no right to use, and do not submit custom text that is offensive, harassing, or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; cancelled orders are refunded in full.

6. Fulfillment & delivery

Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Delivery dates shown at checkout are good-faith estimates based on production and carrier times, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlocksShirts' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
